You have ordered an item from our shop that doesn't appeal to you or you would like to find out in advance about the return options? Here we have summarized the most important points for you.

1 . pack the article in a transport-safe manner to avoid damage during transport

2 . Include information about your purchase with the shipment so that we can safely assign the process (e.g. a copy of a delivery note or invoice), as well as information that you would like to share with us.
